Brazil u20 - Nigeria u20
After shameful loss from Honduras in April, new coach Micale was apointed in charge (sorry sir but I can't find anything relevant about you). Since then they played 2 games - on 23.05 and 27.05 which they won by 1-0 (against Australia u20 and Portugal u20) in which I wouldn''t say they were impressive. In SOuth America they did a ratehr poor job, finsing 4th after losing 0x3 from COlombia and 2-0 from Argentina and Uruguay. It really seems to me that they are behind all those 3 teams at this level. Of course, they have big names as usual but this generation seems to be performing bad as a team. One of key players Kennedy will miss.
Nigerian coach Garba has been working with youth selections since 2012 and became WC with u17, some of these plaeyrs are still here. I think his experience will help him gain a tactical edge over his brazilian fellow.
He ahs been with u20 since January and team manaed to qualify ratehr smoothly for WC. Nigerians also keep quite long streak without losing in Africa at this level. SOme players from top clubs who missed the qualifiers will also join and the squad becomes a serious contender not only for 2nd but I believe they can even take 1st position in the group. Still, Brazil is Brasil and I can agree that they should be favourites withplayers like Pereyra but I would say -0.25/+0.25 with 2.00 is the fair price to put here.

Nigeria U20 - Brazil U20
Despite Nigeria played without a lot of key players at 2015 African U-20 Championship like Musa Yahaya, Isaac Success, Moses Simon, Chidibere Nwakali, Wilfried Ndidi or Kelechi Iheanacho they managed to win the tournament after a final against the hosts Senegal (1-0). The coach of Nigeria, Manu Garba thought to not call these important players, but in the end they were called. Garba said in a recent interview they are too good to be dropped, especially Kelechi Iheanacho ( was bought already by Man City after he was the top scorer of 2013 FIFA U17 World Cup), Isaac Success (for his age he played a lot of games in Primera Division for Granada) and Moses Simon (he is champion in Belgium). Most of the players from this squad have won the 2013 FIFA U17 World Cup under the same coach Manu Garba.
On the other hand, Brazil was a little bit disappointing at 2015 South American Youth Championship for their high standards. They finished the final group under Argentina, Colombia and Uruguay. The Brazilian pundits said the main reason was their coach Alexandre Gallo, who was sacked before this tournament. Anyway, the players list was released before Gallo left the team. Important striker Kenedy will miss this tournament due to injury and he was replaced by Malcom. Of course, Brazil still have some good players in this squad like Danilo from Braga, Marcos Guilherme, Gabriel Boschilia or Andreas Pereira from Man United, but it's clear that this generation is not so talented like the others great generations of Brazil.
Nigeria have a very talented squad and most of these players showed that two years ago in the UAE. Of course, now it's another age level, but I think they can make a surprise result here against a Brazil side who is not invincible.
