呢个系佢哋炒教练之前，佢哋嘅成绩近10场赢1场，而家士气大振，又重回升级附加赛行列，甚至可以寄望直接升冠的席位。现时的奥连特士气一遍大好，而无论从士气、军心方面，抑或Nolan自身的level都完全够晒班。

剑桥联就位处中游，而自踏入2016年以来就0-2-2的数据（当中有3队波排名在其之后），皆因佢哋个神射手Corr缺阵，而主力后卫Taylor和中场Newton依然缺阵。

Layton Orient vs Cambridge

Since Kevin Nolan arrived at Orient as player/manager, they've won both games. Before that Orient had won just 1 in 10 games before they decided to change their manager. Now they're back in the play-off spots and they'll fancy themselves of staying in those places or even pushing for automatic promotion.

Nolan has clearly brought a positive atmosphere and even as a player himself he's surely too good for this level, although he'll mainly be a bench player.

Cambridge were in decent form before Christmas but have started 2016 miserably, winless in their last 4 games (3 of those games against sides below them in the league). Cambridge know they face a tough test here as they'll be missing their top scorer Corr. Regulars Taylor and Newton are also expected to miss out.

Leyton Orient on the other hand are expected to have a strong side available including 2 new signings. One is a French striker who has already scored 4 goals this month with his old club Stevenage. Orient can also always rely on Simpson who is simply too good in this level with 22 goals this season. I think Leyton Orient can continue a good start under Nolan with a 3rd win in a row here.
