I saw the last games of both teams and they look quite differente. As the coach of the Ponte has the team in his hands, the coach of Sport is lost. The Ponte lost to Fluminense in the last round, but played better than your opponent and pressed the whole game. Meanwhile, the Sport was outplayed at home to Atletico-MG. I believe in another victory for the home team.

its derby time
This is one of the greatest derbies in Brazil and Vasco coming to it with three wins in a row. Vasco will miss only three players same names that stayed out last round (Rodolfo (knee), Carlos Tenorio (Achilles tendon), Eduardo Costa (left foot)). This is going to be the third game between them this year and although they don�t have better players, Botafogo won the two previous ones while and both games finished with lot of goals. Last round Vasco beat Santos 2:0 and Alecsandro scoring a goal to keep in front in the run for the golden boot award, with a total of seven goals.

Botafogo is slightly out of form
Botafogo is slightly out of form in last games, they have only two of their players out for this game. Midfielder Seedorf and striker Rafael Marques made their debuts last round and will play again. Tradition isnt on their side as they have 112 losses and only 68 wins, but they managed to win last two.

Nobody want to lose derby
