Bookmakers are paying too much attention to the quality of A-teams here. Yes, Burkina Faso A is stronger than Uganda A, but these are local amateur teams and I don't think Burkinabe league is any stronger than Ugandan.

Burkina A relies heavily on players raised in Europe, mostly France. Local competition is very weak, without any success on continental level. Uganda A and local Uganda are closely tied, led by the same coach (Sredojević), and many players from this team (Iguma, Wasswa, Majwega, Okwi...) played in WC Qualies against Senegal, Angola and Liberia. They won twice against Tanzania and the last generation, 2011., was competitive against Algeria and Sudan, who both lost semi-finals on penalties (Algeria with guys like Belkalem, Lemmouchia and Soudani).

It's hard to compare this kind of obscure teams, but all obtainable sources suggest they're about equal quality and appropriate line here is 0. Therefore, I recommend a strong 10/10 bet on Uganda +0.5 @ 1.8.
